Trimble Unity refers to Trimble Water's software suite for the operation and maintenance of Trimble Water's data loggers and geolocation systems.
Trimble Unity is unique in that it offers a single platform for a range of services from simple water infrastructure performance monitoring to a complete asset management and maintenance operations system.
Trimble Unity allows remote modification of logger configurations, collection and processing of alarms and transmitted data, in conjunction with GIS positioning tools, regardless of the number of points monitored on the networks.
The Trimble Unity package is available:
Data exchange with third-party applications is facilitated by the availability of an API provided by Trimble Water.
The Trimble Unity server can be accessed from any computer system in web mode, but also in the field, from Trimble smart phones, tablets, or ruggedized terminals with dedicated and very user-friendly applications.
For example, commissioning a pressure data logger for a hydrant (see HP 31 et HPR 32) or logging the position of the hydrant with a GNSS receiver (see GNSS R1 et R2) will be substantially simplified by communicating directly with the Trimble Unity server from your cell phone.
