The Hydreka resistive detector ('Overflow detector') allows the detection of a fixed level threshold in a conductive liquid.
Very easy to install by fixed mounting on any surface, it can be used in pipes, on a floor, a wall, a threshold or even in tanks and reservoirs.
It includes an electronic box that supplies power and corrosion protection to the two measuring electrodes that detect the presence of liquid; this box generates the output signal.
The sensor has no moving parts and is therefore particularly robust and can replace sensors such as level floats in many applications.
It can be used with data loggers for a simple need of alert (flooding, overflow...) or can be connected to any control system as a level detector.
Applications
Can be used in any conductive liquid medium compatible with the sensor materials.
Pay particular attention to the installation of the sensor when the risk of fouling is significant.
